Wholesale Price
The wholesale price is 45% OFF the retail price at CrystalMood.com for new wholesale customers.

Minimum Order
The minimum order for wholesale at CrystalMood.com is $500 (after discount) for the first order, and $300 (after discount) for each future order.

Wholesale Discount Levels
Wholesale discount levels depend on accumulated buy volume from the date the wholesale account is created. (Volume is calculated based on wholesale prices):

Wholesale Shipping
The shipping charge for wholesale orders will be quoted once products are added to shopping cart. We ship via USPS.

If you have an account with discount at Fedex, UPS or any other shipping companies, and would like to use your account to pay for your shipping, please contact us or submit a ticket (login required) and we will work with you.

Wholesale Returns
We accept return and exchange requests only when:
- we shipped wrong item(s)
- product has defects

All returns/rexchanges have to be requested in 7 days from the date of receiving orders.

How to Apply for Wholesale Account

If you would like to become a wholesale customer, please do the following:

1. Open an account at our website.
2. Request by submitting a ticket (login required) by submitting your business information (name, type of business, location and/or website, & brief description of your business, etc). In order to exempt from sale tax, please attach a scanned copy of valid resellers permit (also called state tax certificate, which includes your state sales tax id). Sales to Nebraska without a valid reseller's permit are subject to sales tax.
3. We will inform you whether your wholesale account is approved 24-48 hours after receiving your request. You may now login and view final prices with 45% discount. (Gift-wrap services, eGift Cards and Store Credits can not count into order total to meet the minimum order requirement, and not qualify for wholesale order discount). Please note that your first order has to be $500 or more, and each future order needs to be $300 or more. Orders that do not meet the minimum will not be shipped.
