Wholesale Price
The wholesale price is 45% OFF the retail price at CrystalMood.com for new wholesale customers. The upcoming "wholesale only" category will be appplied 55%-70% discount off the retail. The "wholesale only" category includes products directly from manufacturers, and may not available for retail.

Minimum Order
The minimum order for wholesale at CrystalMood.com is $500 for the first order, and $300 for each future order. The wholesale order under minimum amount will not be accepted.

Wholesale Shipping
The shipping charge for wholesale orders will be quoted once products are added to shopping cart. We ship via USPS within the U.S.  For international orders we ship via USPS and UPS.

If you have an account with discount at Fedex, UPS or any other shipping companies, and would like to use your account to pay for your shipping, please contact us and we will work with you.

Wholesale Returns
We accept return and exchange request for:
- wrong item(s)
- quality issue

We do not accept following reasons for return or exchange:
- "They don't sell well".
- "It's not the season for this kind of products."
- "I don't like the color."
- "I'd like larger/smaller size".

All returns/rexchanges have to be requested in 7 days from the date of receiving orders.

Bulk Order

For some ebay sellers or for personal use, bulk order is a perfect choice. The minimum amount is as low as $168  for each bulk order. And the price is 35% OFF the retail price.

Bulk Order Shipping
The shipping charge will be quoted once products are added to shopping cart. or invoiced the difference.

Bulk Order Returns
The return/exchange policy for bulk orders are same as for retail orders. We accept return/exchange requests in 10 days of from the date of delivery. Please CLICK HERE for details.

How to Apply?

If you would like to become a wholesale or bulk order customer, simply open an account, and request via email. Please state what type of account you like to have. Once it's approved, your discount will be tied to your account. You will see after-discount price once you log on at CrystalMood.com.
