We do not ship to PO boxes.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us or submit a ticket (login required).

Domestic Shipping

We ship within 1 business day when the payment is cleared. We ship via USPS with delivery confirmation.

We provide flat rate shipping of $6.99 for all domestic orders, addition to other USPS shipping options. If you choose flat rate, your order will be shipped via First Class Parcel or Parcel Post.

To estimate shipping cost, simply add an item to the shopping cart, all available shipping options and cost will display. You can choose your preferred method when you check out.

U.S. customers can get their carved wood hair sticks delivered FREE! To get free shipping:

• Coupon code CMFSH must be input before checkout in order to apply free shipping. To apply coupon, first go to "Estimate Shipping and Tax" on shopping cart page, select your destination and get available shipping methods and quotes. Select "Fat Rate" and update total. Now input coupon code in "Coupon/Gift Certificate Codes" box and apply, the shipping cost now have been deduted.
• Order should only include carved wood hair sticks (including peachwood, boxwood, lignum-vitae, mahogany rosewood, ebony, fossil wood and teakwood hair sticks; does not include other hair sticks that are made of wood, such as wood hair chopsticks). If any other items are added to the order, free shipping will not apply.
• Customer must choose "None" as hair stick packaging option in order to qualify for free shipping. If other packaging options and free shipping were chosen at the same time, selected packaging option(s) will be ignored.
• Shipping address must be within the United States.
• Orders will be shipped via First Class Parcel or Parcel Post.
• This free shipping special may not be combined with other sales/specials/promotions. See each promotion rule for details.

Tracking

The USPS delivery confirmation will confirm the date of shipping and delivery, but does not provide tracking en route. If tracking is important to you, please select express as shipping method. Our shipping quotes do not include taxes and tariffs. Some UPS express options include brokerage fee, but not all. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs (brokerage) fees and/or import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance and/or duties must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.
