Guides & Tips:   Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
We ship within 1 business day when the payment is cleared. We ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. Once you add an item to the shopping cart, the available shipping options and cost will display. You can choose your preferred method when you check out.

Insurance and Tracking
From August 21, 2009, all packages will be shipped insured. Shipping insurance is no longer optional. Click here to find more about lost and damaged packages.

The USPS delivery confirmation will confirm the date of shipping and delivery, but does not provide tracking en route. If tracking is important to you, please select express as shipping method. Please also note, only express mail requires signature on delivery.

Free Shipping
When you purchase $50 or more, we will offer you FREE standard shipping (usually first class parcel or parcel post) within the U.S. with delivery confirmation. You still can choose other shipping method if you'd like. It will mean you waive the free shipping bonus.

International Shipping:
We ship internationally via USPS. For the list of the countries we ship to, please go to this page and see the drop down list of "Country".

Once you add an item to the shopping cart, the available shipping options and estimated cost will display.

Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders.

Our shipping quotes do not include taxes and tariffs. Some UPS express options include brokerage fee, but not all. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs (brokerage) fees and/or import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance and/or duties must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation..

If you have an account with discount at Fedex, UPS or any other shipping companies, and would like to use your account to pay for your shipping, please contact us and we will work with you.
