1. Set a ponytail and hold it with an elastic band

2. Insert the hair insert (center piece) into the hair above the elastic band with its FACE DOWN

3. Divide ponytail into two portion and wrap up around the hair insert from both sides

4. Use hairpin to secure the end of the ponytail 

5. Flip the hair insert over so it's now facing up. Press both ends of the hair insert towards center if you'd like they hold the hair tighter. You may stop at this step, or:

6. Put the dangle on.
