Crystal Points is our way to thank you for shopping at CrystalMood.com. Generally, you can earn 1 Crystal Point for every dollar spent in your orders (shipping or tax not included). You can then use those points as discount in your future orders (100 points = $1). The minimum balance of points you need before you can apply to an order is 100.

Log into your account, an overview of your current points will be displayed on "My Dashboard". Click on "Crystal Points" from left navigation bar, you may find details of points you earned or used in the past.

Earn More Crystal Points

Besides placing orders at CrystalMood.com, you can earn more points by the following methods:

• From time to time, we will have promotions that allow you to earn extra points with your purchase. Subscribe to our email newsletter to keep yourself updated with our newest offers.
• Write a product review. You can earn 50 Crystal Points for each approved product review. There is no limit how many points you can earn by review submission.
• Upload your photos and videos of using our products. Approved photos/videos will gain you 100-500 Crystal Points each, depending on the quality and content. Original content will worth more points than re-posts. Photos/video can be uploaded directly at My Account -> My Uploads page. More about uploading.
• you can also earn Crystal Points by referring us to friends. For any first valid order placed by referred friend, you can earn 200 points, and your friend gets 100 extra points. To refer a friend, click on "Referred Friends" link in left menu of your account, you will find a permanent link that you may use to share with your friend. You may directly copy and paste this link to Facebook, your website, or use the "Share referring link" form to share in your social media accounts, or email the link to your friends. If your friend clicks the link that you shared and makes a purchase, you and your friend will get extra points once the order is confirmed. You may track each referred friend in your account.

Rules and Restrictions

The amount of Crystal Points you can earn from your purchase is based on the actual dollar amount that you spend in products. Tax and shipping don't count. If a coupon is used, the points are calculated based on the final order subtotal. If partial or complete refund is made, your points will be deducted accordingly. If you alreadu used up your points or there are not enough points to cover the deduction, your refund will be deducted accordingly.

Crystal Points can not be transferred or redeemed for cash, and can only be used at CrystalMood.com.
